the pleasure of being invited by AICO Homelink UK to visit Ei Electronics' brand new factory and headquarters in Shannon, Ireland.
We gained an insight into the operations behind the European market leader in home life safety, AICO's design, development, and manufacturing processes.
The tour highlighted how we can better serve our clients and ensure housing stock is improved and maintained, whilst keeping costs down and tenants safe. The efficiency
of using environmental sensors in properties particularly stood out to us, as these gather environmental information that helps to mitigate issues such as non-compliance, mould risk, and fuel poverty.
By offering clients environmental sensor technology that highlights these potential issues within their properties, we can ensure the safety and well-being of every tenant. This is an utmost priority for us and tenant wellbeing and safety are at the heart of what we do.
It was a pleasure learning about the company's core values, operations, and guidance on recent and upcoming legislation changes. Additionally, it was fantastic to learn alongside so many individuals that also work within the housing sector.
