As the festive period and 2023 are on the horizon, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our clients, both new and old, for their continued commitment to Goom Electrical as their electrical compliance provider.
In previous years, we would show our gratitude through sending physical Christmas cards to each of you. However, 2022 was a year of reflection for us, particularly with regards to becoming more sustainable as a company, as we embark on our goal of Carbon Neutral by 2028. We have worked towards becoming a paperless business, which of course extends to our Christmas cards also! Considering the sheer number of Christmas cards that are purchased and made - around 900 million in the UK alone (Greeting Card Association (GCA) Market Report, 2016) - we want to be part of the solution, not the problem.
We also would like to thank all of our suppliers, engineers and office employees, who have made our success this year possible, and have assisted us in ensuring the safety and compliance of circa 23,000 properties this year. We couldn't have done it without you!
We wish you a restful festive season, and hope that this new year brings joy and success to all. Looking forward to what we can all achieve together in 2023.
